Ravina Mehta
Ravina Mehta is the Impact Director at C3 – Companies Creating Change.
Ravina has a background in Human Rights and Non-Profit, with a focus on Women’s and Children’s rights, Refugee rights, and Racial Equity advocacy. She has 5+ years of experience in the social impact field, specifically impact design and management, strategic partnerships, impact investing, community building, and social entrepreneurship.
Before joining C3 as Impact Director, Ravina designed impact funds based in the US and UK focused on social justice, particularly to advance racial and gender equity. During this time, she worked with organisations such as Tech in Ghana, UnLtd and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Ravina also played a role within the UK Black Lives Matter organisation from 2020.
Prior to that, she was on the founding team of The Conduit, the world’s first members club focused on catalysing positive social change, where she led key impact partnerships and convenings with The Climate Reality Project, Google, Unilever and many others.
Ravina graduated with an M.A in ‘U.S. Global Politics with a focus on the Middle East and Human Rights’ in 2016 from University College London (UCL).
