About the IDEA Accelerator programme
The C3 IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access) Accelerator – Powered by Accenture, addresses key milestones in the journey of impact entrepreneurs who are creating change in the lives of women, youth, minorities, people of determination, and those who provide financial inclusion solutions.
The aim is to support entrepreneurs to maximise their impact within their respective communities, embed Diversity and Inclusion practices within their organisation, achieve financial sustainability, and ultimately solve large-scale challenges.

Meet the winner
Hafsa Qadeer
ImInclusive provides end-to-end recruitment and placement support to People of Determination. It is MENA's premium career matching app between People of Determination and employers. The Founder, Hafsa Qadeer, has been deeply impacted by the journey of her brother, Ahmed Qadeer, a self-taught content writer and editor, who faces life with Spina Bifida.
So far, ImInclusive has 50 companies registered on the app. The startup is also consulting more than 100 organisations on inclusion, from understanding the barriers in the workplace to creating accessible retail designs.
