C3 Launchpad Program

A flagship 12-month acceleration program by C3, funded by Jordan's Ministry of Digital Economy & Entrepreneurship, designed to help Jordan's most promising tech startups become investment-ready and expand into the UAE market. Each year, only 10 high-potential startups are selected to receive tailored capacity building, one-on-one mentorship, investor readiness support, and direct access to a curated network of UAE investors, enterprise clients, and strategic partners—equipping founders with the tools, connections, and confidence to scale beyond Jordan.

Who Should Apply?

Jordanian tech or tech-enabled startups that are post-MVP, generating revenue (under $1M annually), with a team ready to expand into the UAE within 6–12 months. Women-led and Syrian-led startups are strongly encouraged to apply.

  • Simply click the Apply Now link and fill in the details. The application includes information about your technology, traction, your startup and founding team. Please have your latest pitch deck ready for upload.

  • Your application will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to participate in a series of interviews. Final selected candidates will receive an offer to join the program.

  • You are eligible if you meet the following criteria:

    • Stage: Early-stage with MVP or prototype. Pre-revenue or < $10K MRR is fine. No idea-stage only.

    • Team: At least 1 full-time founder. Teams of 2-5 preferred. Solo founders accepted with strong

    • Registered company in Jordan OR committed to register before program start.

    • Product: Tech/digital product or tech-enabled solution. Target sectors: Fintech, GovTech, Logistics, HealthTech, E-commerce, EdTech, SaaS.

    • Commitment: Founder(s) must attend 80%+ of workshops + mentorship sessions. 12-week program, ∼5-6 hrs/week.

    • Market: Building for Jordan, MENA, or global markets. English or Arabic product is OK.

  • Hybrid | 10-12 Months

  • No. C3 is a Ministry of Digital Economy & Entrepreneurship program. There’s zero program fee and we take 0% equity. Funding, mentorship, workshops, and the UAE roadshow are all provided as support to grow Jordan’s digital economy.
