Stephanie Asgill

Stephanie is currently the Director of Sustainability & Gender Equality at Dubai Holding.
Stephanie has 15 years of experience working for a multinational energy company in various areas of sustainability, including sustainability strategy development and implementation, HSE risk management and assurance, social and environmental impact management, social investment, and carbon policy development.
She has worked on embedding ESG in early project development through scoping and assessing impacts right through to delivering ESG for projects and operations in complex and challenging locations, including six years supporting Shell’s operations in Iraq, where she was latterly the Safety, Environment, and Operations Manager.
Stephanie holds an M.A. in Geography from the University of Oxford and MSc in International Development from the University of Edinburgh.
